        True Leasing Co., Ltd. has implemented the Whistleblowing Policy and Guidelines, which include three channels for stakeholders to report concerns. These channels are available via True Leasing Website, email, postal mail, and in-person reporting.

        Furthermore, True Leasing Co., Ltd. has established a comprehensive process for receiving and addressing grievances from stakeholders. This process includes defining an investigation procedure and appointing a dedicated committee responsible for investigating, verifying, following up, and resolving complaints. The company ensures the protection and fair treatment of whistleblowers and individuals involved in the grievances.

        To keep executives and relevant parties informed, the company prepares summary reports, which serve the purpose of tracking progress and facilitating corrective and improvement actions.
